This is an initial draft of re-imagination of StickRPG for the Gameboy Color.

It is written purely in C, using the gbdk SDK, being one of my first (and largest) pure C projects, first gameboy game and (basically) my first game.

Most of the main mechanics are currently implemented:

  • Job;
  • University;
  • Bank;
  • Purchasing items through bar/shops/dealer;
  • Travelling to other cities ;)
  • Drunk fight mini-game
  • Purchase properties
  • Appliance Store

The chance logic (behind travelling to cities, promotions and interactions with NPCs and end-game logic) is accurate to the original.

The main features that are missing:

  • Audio
  • Darts mini-game
  • Casino
  • Choosing starting stats (currently randomised)
